Apply for a Title Transfer
1: The Customer Happiness Centre
All the process is going through this center.
2. Document Submission
Have every necessary document ready for the representative to enter into the system.
3. Get a receipt after paying the fees that apply.
4. Document Reception:
After the transaction is finalized, you will receive the title deed and the map by email.
The following items are necessary to apply for a title transfer
1. A letter from the person or organization making the transfer
2.A valid UAE ID or, in the event of the owner’s absence, a legal power of attorney
3.Non-resident owners must provide valid passports.
4.A business license for enterprises.
Dubai Title Transfer Application Service Fees
The following fees are applicable in order to complete the application for a transfer of title deed
1.Issuance of Title Deed or Certificate of Title: AED 250/each
2.Land plot maps for areas outside Dubai Municipality’s jurisdiction: AED 100
3.Unified map with Dubai Municipality: AED 225
4.Apartment/Villa map: AED 250
5.Knowledge fee: AED 10/each drawing
6.Innovation fee: AED 10/each drawing
